Hearing Impaired or Speech Disability

Customers may utilize the “711” Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) to communicate with an Agent. (note: we don’t use the title “banker” outside the branches) at our Customer Contact Center.

To report a card lost or stolen after normal customer service center hours, please call 1-800-321-3463 and follow the prompts.

When messages are received during Monday- Friday, you can expect to receive a response within 24-48 hours.

Please do not send sensitive information or request for your online banking to be unlocked or reset through this form. To send us a secure message through your online banking portal, log in, then select Profile-> Message-> Compose New.

You can also call us at 1-800-321-3463, option 1 for online banking support and option 5 for general banking assistance.

Our hours of operation have changed and we are now available:

  • 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday through Thursday)
  • 8:00am to 6:00pm (Friday)
  • 9:00am to 1:00pm (Saturday)
